Due to manufacturer issues and to remain competitive our prices at 1st Choice As Seen On TV can change often and without notice. To ensure that you are not disappointed, please place your order as soon as possible after deciding on a product. We cannot guarantee the price will remain unchanged on any product.

Pre-ordered items will be charged the lowest price that product has been available for. This means that you will never lose out on price by pre-ordering an item.

Product prices do not include any shipping charges which are calculated and shown during checkout. For details of our shipping charges please see to our Orders and Shipping page.

You will not be charged for any order until the item is shipped.

Product Availability

While most of our products are available for immediate shipment, some may not be immediately available. The latest availability information can be seen on the product information page. Popular items do sell out quickly and by placing your order as soon as possible you will guarantee your place in line when more of the product arrives. We recommend placing your order as soon as you decide on a product.

You may notice that certain As Seen On TV products are not carried by 1st Choice. Some products simply have not met our standards of customer satisfaction. Until customers tell us they want us to carry those products they will remain off our shelves. Some products we carry now may be removed at a later date should our customers find little value in the item.
